Eligibility Conditions : Persons working under Central/State Government/Courts/Tribunals

1. holding analogous post on regular basis or
2. holding a post in the scale of pay of Rs.5500-9000/- (pre-revised) with 8 years of regular service, and
3. possessing degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
